How far in advance should I place my reservation?

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation at least 3-5days in advance. We can take bookings atleast 2 years in advance

Where are your collection Points

Stansted Airport

We Collect at ZONE C by the Two Flags out side the main terminal. Do not go down a level.

All other airports are under review, Please contact us or check your booking confirmation

What happens if I cannot find the driver?

If you are a PRIVATE TRANSFER, the driver will have your details and will be in touch. If the driver has not made contact by your collection time please contact the office. If you are a SHUTTLE BUS TRANSFER, your seat will be ONLY reserved on the bus booked, if your flight is late/delayed, you MUST call the office on your travel voucher and advise them, they will let you know when a seat is available on a bus.

What if my flight is delayed?

We will do our best to accomadate your delay. We can only check flight numbers if supplied. Sometimes flight numbers are not that accurate so we ask all customers to call us from their airport and keep us updated

What kind of vehicle will it be?

Unless we say, we don’t guarantee a specific kind of vehicle: it will probably be a taxi or a minibus. If you booked a Shuttle you may also be sharing the transfer with other passengers stopping off at other addresses.

I am disabled is this a problem?

No, not at all. Please make sure you let us know on the "Additional Information" field on the payment page or contact our office.

Can I change my booking?

All changes are subject to an administration charge of £10, so please put in the correct details first time.

Can I cancel?

Our normal cancellation policy applies. Please see our terms and conditions.

How much luggage can I take?

Customers are entitled to TWO ITEMS OF LUGGAGE ONLY, one hand luggage plus one normal luggage case. ANY EXCESS LUGGAGE MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking we MUST be informed of items such as sports equipment (golf clubs, ski's windsurfers etc) and electric wheelchairs

Are infants and children free?

No – all prices are per passenger and you must include all passengers when searching for your transfer. Our prices are very competitive though with other major transfer services so we ask you to check!

What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any of your details. Your details are only ever given if your transfer has to be sub contracted. We only supply information needed to collect you
